The Centre Directors
Gaye Donaldson (BACP)
Managing Director of the Centre and teaching faculty member. She has trained extensively in both family and organisational constellations. She facilitates workshops, and works as a systemic coach & consultant both in the UK and abroad. She has recently been working in conflict resolution in the Middle East through the organisation ‘Healing the Wounds of History’.
Chris Williams (BACP)
Director of the Centre and a teaching faculty member. He has been working in the therapeutic field since 1990 and currently works as a Constellation Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Coach and Trainer. He is a UKCP registered gestalt psychotherapist and a senior accredited BACP counsellor, with a well-established practice in South London.
Sheila McCarthy-Dodd (MBACP)
Director of the Centre. She has trained and worked extensively in Systemic and Family Constellations since 1996 and leads regular family constellation workshops in Ireland and the UK. Sheila has a well-established therapy practice in Gloucestershire for individuals, couples and supervision. She works extensively as a trainer including facilitating Relational Supervision training with Severn Talking Therapy in Bristol and Malta.
The Centre Faculty
A qualified teacher, systemic coach and supervisor. She has worked with constellations since 2002 particularly in the field of families, children and education. She also works with leaders and organisations to catalyse breakthrough and release potential.
Working as a therapist since 1999. He has a special interest in inviting members of ethnic minorities for whom it isn’t commonplace to engage in therapy as a legitimate resource. He has been involved with constellations since 2012, and has been delivering constellation workshops since 2015.
Abdul-Rahman M. Abdullah
Founder of The Field Of Awakening School based in Egypt beside the Great Pyramids. He started his journey in the field of Humanities since 2001 till now passing through NLP, Coaching, Reiki, Enneagram & Systemic Constellations. He started his Constellations training with Bert & Sophie Hellinger and he continued with The Centre For Systemic Constellations to study his Applied training besides many other trainings.
Judith is a transpersonal psychotherapist and supervisor, qualified in 1998. Working in Wells, Somerset, she has a life long professional interest in health issues, and has particular experience of working with cancer and migraines. She is known for her capacity to help people understand the underlying meaning and message of their symptoms. Systemic Constellations helps to reveal the unconscious or hidden dynamics in family relationships with our parents or our children, and when these family dynamics become conscious and accessible there is an understanding that restores the flow of love in the family. This can have a positive effect on health and wellbeing.
Judith is an experienced workshop facilitator, and also incorporates one-to-one constellations within her psychotherapy practice.
Clare Crombie is an experienced UKCP Registered psychotherapist, supervisor and workshop leader.
She trained at the Gestalt Centre London, between 1989 and 1994, and started to incorporate the Family Constellations approach into her practice 1996. Clare has gone deeply into the experiential and theoretical study of the constellation work.
Clare was president of ISCA for four years and has attended the International Constellations Intensive in Germany since 2001.
Clare has qualified in EMDR and studied advances in Relational Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and also enjoying learning more about the brain with Sarah Peyton. Clare is a founder member of the Cancer Counselling Trust London, and has many years experience of counselling in the field of cancer.
Judith Hemming MA, UKCP
Senior teaching faculty member with a background in education and Gestalt psychotherapy. Since learning Hellinger’s approach in the early 90′s and studying with many practitioners, she has been practising and teaching constellations and intensive training across the world, from Mexico to Australia. She has developed and taught the applications of the systemic approach in a variety of contexts, and is on the faculties of the European Family Constellation Intensives.
Jutta ten Herkel BA (Psych) Hon
Senior teaching faculty member who is a systemic and gestalt-trained psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor. Jutta trained in the early 90” with Bert Hellinger and others and is using the systemic constellation approach in her teaching and her practice. She has continually contributed to the development of systemic constellation trainings in the UK, Italy, Spain, Romania and Mexico.
She is co-founder and active member of the Cassandra Centre, a Charity in London, supporting young people in having non-abusive relationships and in empowering their lives.
In recent years she has expanded her work to include the studies of the Five Realms and teachings from the SAT (Seeker after Truth) programmes originally created by Claudio Naranjo.
Richard Wallstein PhD, C.Psychol., AFBPsS, UKCP
Senior teaching faculty member; with a background in psychology and Gestalt psychotherapy and began studying Hellinger’s work in 1993, working with many practitioners. He has been leading workshops and trainings internationally for many years and has private psychotherapy and consulting/coaching practices in London. He was a founding board member of ISCA, the International Systemic Constellations Association.
Edward Rowland (MA)
Director of the Centre and teaching faculty member. A practitioner for both family and organisational systems, he has focused on co-pioneering systemic coaching & constellations in leadership and organisations for the last decade. He is Founding Chair of The Whole Partnership, a generative leadership consultancy, which he co-designed using this way of working.
The Centre Office Team
Hannah, Course Manager, is a West Country native and currently lives in the beautiful city of Wells in Somerset. She has many years administrative experience, working mostly in academic institutions but she is also a qualified Naturopathic Nutrition Adviser and Meditation Teacher. She discovered systemic constellations in 2018 and attends a regular constellation group.
Amelia has a background of working in sustainability. Historically she worked with a number of food and conservation NGOs.
Currently, she co-owns two Bristol restaurants which promote sustainability in hospitality and has recently launched a sustainable fashion e-boutique givewearlove.com.
