Sarah will be looking at the neuroscience of trauma and addictions through the lens of constellations, and how constellations actually heal the brain. Sarah will also help us to look at our own brains interplay with our emotions, values and our longings so that we can begin to understand the purpose of our negative self-talk and the stress we hold from past trauma. With clarity and exercises, Sarah synthesises the latest developments in neuroscience, trauma treatment, and the power of empathy into an effective healing method that literally re wires our brain and restores our capacity for self-love, emotional

Once payment is made, 35% of the fee is non-refundable, whatever the reason for cancellation.
For cancellations made up to one month before the event 65% of the fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 2-4 weeks before the event 50% of the fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event no refund will be given, whatever the reason for cancellation.
