The Broken Mother Field: Implications and Constellations
with Sarah Peyton
We are absolutely delighted to welcome Sarah Peyton back as one of our visiting teachers in November 2021. Sarah is a constellations facilitator, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma with exquisite and warm gentleness. She teaches and lectures internationally, contributes regularly to The Knowing Field, is an annual guest speaker and teacher at the ISCA Intensive in Germany and is the author of the book “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing.” She is currently at work on a second book, commissioned by W.W.Norton, on the relational neuroscience of the unconscious contracts that constellations so often let us discover and disentangle.
Who is it for?
This course is for those wishing to gain a fuller understanding, from a systemic constellation perspective, of the issues and concerns that they may have in their everyday life – this may be personal, familial or professional.
What will your learn/develop?
Each of us carry a powerful constellation with us – the field of ourselves with our mothers. It comes from the 12.5 billion cells of our prefrontal cortex that carry our mothers. When our mothers were compromised by trauma, this field can be so powerful that it can distort our relationships and put us in repeating loops of self-sabotage, the confusion of prioritizing others needs above our own, and other previously unexplained mysteries of life. How do we make this field explicit so that we can move away from unconscious consequences and into choice and ease.
Participants will:
- Learn the neuroscience of the mother-child relationship
- Have a chance to explore their own broken mother field in breakout groups
- Take away movements and releases to move toward freedom
- Experience large-group constellations on this theme

This online course is run as a single module. The module will run from 4pm – 8pm GMT on the following dates – Tuesday 2nd & Wednesday 3rd November 2021
