Sex, Desire, Sensuality and Passion in Constellations

Masterclass with Sarah Peyton

We are delighted to welcome back to the UK, by popular demand, Sarah Peyton. Sarah is a certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication, she integrates constellations, interpersonal neurobiology and the healing of trauma and affect regulation in her workshops all over the world.

Sarah will be leading this event in London before immediately following up with “Constellating Endocannibanoids” in Bristol on Friday August 2nd.

Participants will:

  • Discover the relationships between their circuits of emotion and motivation
  • Learn how to reclaim lost and broken hearts with constellations
  • Be supported to enter a new relationship with desire
  • Explore blocks to expression and existence

Have you ever been overtaken by desire and found it hard to manage? Have you ever missed your desire and wondered where it has gone? Have you always longed to experience sensuality and passion, but have never quite felt your full aliveness? All of us have a birthright of sexuality and sensuality, and its balance and expression are intimately connected with our movement into adulthood.

When we work with this human nervous system birthright in constellations, we have the opportunity to see the blocks and unconscious contracts that prevent us from being our whole selves, exploring the effects of this particular life on us, and the effects of transgenerational trauma and family systems. Join Sarah Peyton for an exciting synthesis of constellation work and neuroscience in support of the organic emergence of healing.

Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing

Your Resonant Self is a brilliant book that brings together brain research with resonant/empathic communications’ technology.  With real stories and guided meditations, Sarah Peyton shows how to heal emotional pain and illustrates how that healing alters the brain, creating lasting change.

From healing shame and self-hate to overcoming phobias and addictions, this book has it all.  Melanie Sears, RN, MBA, PhD

Published by Norton Publishing and available from Amazon and major book sellers.
