The Five Realms: Expanding Systemic Constellation Work

The Five Realm model originated, and was further developed and taught, by Judith Hemming, one of the founders of CSC.

An understanding of the Realms is particularly important as constellation work is expanding well beyond the original thinking and teaching of the last two decades. The work is now widely regarded as having value in many different realms such as the body, the personal field, and the wider collective and archetypal fields. Further still, constellation work is used as a way to connect to the divine.

This training will introduce the Five Realms and their use in Constellation Work, invaluable when exploring personal, political, educational and social issues. By including a number of different perspectives the Five Realms will undoubtedly widen the range and application of systemic constellation work for all practitioners.

Over the three days together we will inter-weave teaching on the Body, Personal, Systemic, Archetypal and Divine Realms, with experiential exercises, personal inquiry, ritual and practice. It will be a dynamic and explorative learning journey.

Who is it for?

This training is for all those who have an interest in Constellation Work and would like to deepen their connection with the Field.

This is not a training in the basic principles of the work and some understanding of phenomenology and the Field and the nature of Systemic Orders is helpful. At the very least, participants need to have attended some constellation workshops. Therapists, coaches, consultants, educationalists and social activists are most welcome.

What will your learn/develop?

  • An understanding of the different realms and how they affect our work, including the impact of the wider realms on somatic, personal and systemic experience

  • A deepening sensitivity to the knowing field

  • An ability to recognise or ‘sense’ the different realms

  • Sensitivity to the realm that may be most helpful in a piece of work

  • An understanding of the archetypal and divine, looking at the power of intention, prayer and rhythm within constellation work

  • Greater diagnostic accuracy giving an understanding of where to begin with any client or question

Nic Turner

Nic Turner, is a thought-leader in consciousness with over 45 years supporting thousands of people in their learning journeys and catalysing creativity and innovation in some of the world’s most influential organisations. He has passed his practice, named Human Process Design, on to therapists, coaches and businesses leaders  all over the world so that the contribution continues to grow and evolve.

Following on from the success of his first book ‘The Way of Nowhere’ published by Harper Collins, Nic realised the importance of passing on the practice which is a unique integration of teachings he has received over decades from masters like Osho, Ram Dass, Alan Watts, RainbowHawk and WindEagle, Hameed Almaas, along with the formal training he’s undergone in Psychotherapy, Organisational Development, Constellations and Earth Wisdom.

Nic collaborated with Judith Hemming on the first Realms program and since then has developed the realms model by running many Realms programs in partnership with spiritual teachers in Brazil, China, Austria and the UK. Whilst still being a vital source of guidance for constellators in discerning the level of intervention, Nic’s Realms practice has evolved still further. It has become a practice that enhances our connection to the field overall and our ability to evoke that field in the service of others.

Committed to the role of the natural world in our realisation, Nic has developed a simple retreat centre on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire. On “The Land”, the name of this centre, the Realms practice continues to evolve. Nic is delighted to be co-creating the next evolution of the Realms with his old friend Gaye Donaldson and the CSC community.
