The Foundation and Applied Trainings offer an opportunity to develop, and then extend, a working understanding of a systemic constellation approach, which can be used to resolve personal, family and social issues. These courses are a valued resource for those wishing to engage in personal and professional development. They provide a truly fresh perspective on yourself, your life, your work and the family and community groups to which you belong.
This masterclass series provides a community of practice and professional development. The group welcomes professional diversity in the application of the systemic constellation approach.
Our masterclasses are part of our Continuing Professional Development series and do not constitute a training in Systemic Constellation Work. CSC considers a formal training of at least 30 days to be the minimum requirement for practice.
These masterclasses are advanced workshops aimed at mastering subtle aspects of constellation work that are more apparent to the experienced practitioner. It’s also an opportunity to join cohort of practitioners who will support each other, create a community of excellence, and meet the requirements for adequate supervision and CPD, whist keeping abreast with developments in the field of constellation work.
These classes offer:
- A supported community of professional practice and development
- A place to develop ideas, share questions, seek feedback and deepen learning
- Supervision and CPD from senior CSC faculty and other trainers in the wider field of the work
- Interactive sessions focused around the needs of the group
- Develop new practitioner skills
- Stay in touch with new teaching in the field of Systemic Constellation Work
Couples Therapy Training
This course will be led by Christopher Williams, BACP & UKCP, an internationally renowned trainer and couple’s therapist working with both Gestalt and Systemic approaches, and by Jane James, a highly experienced practitioner and coach. Bernd Leygraf, from the NAOS Institute, will be teaching a day on Sex Therapy.
This training was originally created and designed by Judith Hemming who drew on her extensive professional experience of working with couples.
Purpose of the training and who it’s for
The purpose of this training is to give participants the opportunity to extend their therapeutic or coaching practice to include working with couples or other two-person systems. It is assumed that participants will already have basic skills in working with individuals, and therefore the course focus is on the shifts and additional skills needed to be of help when working with couples.
It is always an honour for us to host our special guest events. We are blessed to introduce international speakers who are at the top of their field, covering a wide variety of subject areas within the realms of systemic constellation work.

We are thrilled to introduce the first of what we hope will be a series of residential ‘retreats’. Each retreat will have a different theme, and we are beginning with this rather special residential circle at the beautiful Hawkwood College this Autumn. We will gather together to explore the topic of grandparenting through the systemic constellation approach.
