Constellating Endocannabinoids
Neuroscience Based Constellations of the Human-Neurotransmitter-Plant Relationship with Sarah Peyton
Sarah Peyton, international constellations facilitator, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma.
She teaches and lectures internationally, is a regular contributor to The Knowing Field International Constellations Journal, was the author of a chapter for Stephan Hausner’s book Salutogene Aufstellungen, has been a guest speaker and teacher at the ISCA Intensive in Southern Germany for a number of years and is the author of the book “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing. Participants will:
- Experience the endocannabinoid system in constellations
- Explore the relationship between internal and external cannabinoids
- Look at transgenerational influences on the human-plant relationship
- Take the next step towards play and joy in life
There are few relationships between plants and humans that are more mysterious and compelling than the cannabis connection – and for very good reason. Human beings have an entire body system devoted to to the body’s own endogenous cannabinoids, a system that regulates and balances all of the other physical systems.
Join Sarah Peyton, neuroscience and constellations synthesist, to discover how our endocannabinoids show up in constellations, and how they are related to both play and joy.
Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing
Your Resonant Self is a brilliant book that brings together brain research with resonant/empathic communications’ technology. With real stories and guided meditations, Sarah Peyton shows how to heal emotional pain and illustrates how that healing alters the brain, creating lasting change.
From healing shame and self-hate to overcoming phobias and addictions, this book has it all. Melanie Sears, RN, MBA, PhD
