An Educational Centre

For multi level learning and on-going professional development.

A Community of Belonging

For those passionate about the philosophy and practice of systemic constellation work

A Place of Inspiration

Where ideas can be learnt, shared and applied.

Upcoming Systemic Events

Training at the Centre will deepen your knowledge and understanding of systemic constellation work, and will support your professional and personal development. Here are a selection of our upcoming events, for more information see our Courses page.

Free Q&A -The Early Bird Catches The Worm – Is Systemic Constellation Training for You?

with Gaye Donaldson, 30th June 2022 at 18.00 UK time

Gaye will be running a 2-hour session to explain how the Foundation Training offers an opportunity to develop a working understanding of a systemic constellation approach, which can be used to resolve personal, family and social issues. This Foundation Training has been running for over 20 years and is a valued resource for those wishing to engage in personal and professional development; it provides a truly fresh perspective on yourself, your life, your work and the family and community groups to which you belong

The love and hate of siblings dynamics

with Chris Williams, 1st July 2022 at 14.30 UK time

An exploration of sibling dynamics in families, both nuclear and blended families and how it impacts on work and our place in other social groups. Given the importance of siblings in the life of families and our psyche, it is surprising that they are given little attention and thought in personal development work, including in systemic constellation work. In this Masterclass, we will dive deep into the hidden dynamics of sibling relationships; the archetypes in our cultures; how we overlay the sibling matrix onto our social and work groups; how we may carry earlier generation-sibling dynamics into our own sibling relationships. We will explore what is needed to unlock the knots that create tensions, rivalries, unrealistic expectations, imbalances etc. I will be covering how parents shape our sibling dynamics, including when being an only child, or with siblings who died, siblings who never came (miscarriages and abortions), and vanished twins. And how all of these shapes our social world through our lives. We will look at both the therapeutic and systemic challenges, with a particular examination of the Orders of Love.

Upcoming Core Training

The  Foundation and Applied Trainings offer an opportunity to develop, and then extend, a working understanding of a systemic constellation approach, which can be used to resolve personal, family and social issues. These courses are a valued resource for those wishing to engage in personal and professional development. They provide a truly fresh perspective on yourself, your life, your work and the family and community groups to which you belong

Further Training

Our further training courses provide a community of practice and are part of our Continuing Professional Development series. Please note, however, they do not constitute a training in Systemic Constellation Work. We warmly welcome participants from a wide variety of professional contexts to join our events and explore the application of the systemic constellation approach in their work.

.

Becoming a Systemic Constellations Supervisor

In this training you will learn how to become a competent and reflective systemic constellation Supervisor, offering an appropriate balance of support and challenge. The training focuses on the relational field between Supervisor and supervisee and the creation of a contained space in which the exploration of subjective feelings and experience is held safely, and insight and growth is supported.

The learning journey includes 45 hours of in-depth teaching, experiential exercises, personal reflection and practice. In addition, you will be encouraged to participate in a skills practice group, and a reading group to support personal and professional development. During the training, students are asked to arrange two free supervision sessions for students within the CSC community. These are completed as part of the experiential learning journey.

Gaye will be running 3 on-line Masterclass sessions on ‘Perception – Where do we know our knowing, and not-knowing’.  The sessions will be stand alone, and will cover different topics. They also work as a deepening series.

The Centre Community – Constellations in Action

Although Systemic Constellation Work began in the psychotherapeutic community, over the past 20 years that has changed. Many professionals, from many professional fields, now incorporate the systemic lens and methodology in to their professional work. Here are way in which our past students use their training.
