Constellation work enables us to find creative ways of dealing with our problems, pains and hurts through a widened understanding of the issue. This arises when we tap into a vast body of knowledge, which is held in the “Knowing Field” (a term created by Albrecht Mahr). This Field is currently the focus of many pioneer thinkers and researchers who are interested in questions of inter-connectedness, human perception, and what it really means to be part of a wider collective consciousness.

In constellation work we see the enormous importance of inclusion to this Knowing Field, and we witness the consequences of turning away.

During our two days together we will look at dis-order, the unruly, the chaotic. We will explore what happens when instead of turning away, we allow ourselves to welcome chaos, to use it as our teacher. And if we dare to be taught in this way, then what opens? How do we see our deepest wounds through new eyes that allow a different way of healing to emerge?

We will learn about trauma and its hold on our body and mind. Using constellations and constellation exercises we will explore how we can expand our flexibility and capacity to bounce back into balance. Methods from ‘Somatic Experiencing’, as taught by Peter Levine, and his school, will be interwoven into the work.

My experience of working with constellations during the past 20 years has brought me to the understanding that unless we look at our relationship to spirituality and soul issues, we can only achieve superficial ways of healing. We will therefore be working at a deep soul level together.

How the work is done

The journey of our days together will be a bit like canoeing on a river – we flow with what emerges, we may sometimes fall out of the canoe and have to learn how to climb back in, and by and by we learn how to enjoy the ride.

Current interest: systemic constellations about chaos, love and fear, and our connection to spirit, to soul. The learning never stops.

As many of my beliefs about who I thought I was, or have to be, have gradually changed, I find myself at an interesting crossroads – where no matter which way I will turn, I am led to where I have to be. Should you be standing at a crossroads now, perhaps questioning who or why you are, then, then, if you wish, together we can walk together for a stretch of the road and explore some most exquisite places that I would like to share – places from which we can catch a glimpse of the mystery of our lives, and can find hidden beauty in all things. I am sure the beauty cannot escape anyone.
